Well, by now it is already Fall

 

What a great sunset - I took this picture end of May....... 

and a few weeks later when I woke up and looked out of the same window - foggy like in October...... did I miss August and September???

I Guess Winter Has Arrived!

Thats what I saw when I looked out the window this morning........

and by now..... not just the heater in my sewing room doesnt work......... the heater in my appartement quit the job also :( .........oh happy freezing!

Some Lightning And A Storm

Last day of June was hot, humit.......just one of those evenings where you expect a thunderstorm

Well I spent quite some time taking pictures the night before, but I havent relized that the wind was so strong so it would this to my garden

A tree went down in the neighbourhood and chairs and grill were blown of the neighbours patio - but lucky us just little damages.

Winter Has Arrived!!!

Last night before I went to bed it has started to snow...... really slow and itsy bitsy tiny flakes......... but they must have getting bigger during the night.....

we got aroud 3.5" of snow

I love snow - I just dont like the shoveling in the morning before I go to work. The driving was ok - no major bad traffic ....... hmmm look like the folks have finally learned how to drive on snowy roads!!!!

Winter Is Back

After almost two weeks of spring weather and -feeling the snow sneaked back last night. There was NO snow when I went to bed arround 0:30 am...... but when I woke up around 7, snow piled up on my window sill. One good thing -> instead of being outside and cutting back trees I´m a couch potatoe for the day.

Some Sun

We havent had any sun out since weeks - so far it was a pretty cloudy grey in grey winter....... but today the clouds start breaking up and look what we´ve got........

Too bad that I was at work - but I used my lunch break to be outside for a little while  and around noon the clouds were back....... weather forcast promised us alot more snow.
